Transformation concepts are welcome, but commissions can also feature human characters, everyday scenes, cinematic moments, creatures, hybrids, original designs, and other creative ideas.
Quotes are always free. Submitting an idea does not obligate you to purchase anything.

You can suggest the character, setting, story, transformation, final form, visual style, mood, clothing, poses, and other details that matter to you. These requests guide the project, but they are treated as creative goals rather than guaranteed instructions. Every commission is subject to approval, and I reserve the right to decline any request.

What Can Affect the Final Price?
Published prices are starting points. Your final quote is based on requested scope and production complexity, including detailed character designs, multiple settings, specialized styles, complex transformation progressions, continuity requirements, technically demanding video concepts, group scenes, limited copyrighted-character use, or requests requiring substantial testing. Quotes remain valid for 7 days. If scope, deliverables, complexity, or creative direction changes before payment, the quote may be revised.
How It Works
Submit Your Idea
Choose a package and complete the short inquiry form. Describe your character, story, transformation, scene, or general concept. Submitting is free and does not obligate you to purchase anything.
Review and Quote
Your request is reviewed individually. You’ll receive any necessary questions, confirmation of scope, final quote, and a general timeline by email.
Accept and Pay
Once scope and price are agreed upon, payment instructions are sent by email. Full payment is required before work begins.
Review the Draft Direction
You receive a representative subset for approval and up to two rounds of reasonable feedback before full production begins.
Full Production
Once the draft direction is approved, full production begins. No further revisions or creative changes are included after approval.
Private Delivery
Finished files are delivered through a private download link by email. The link remains active for 30 days; download and back up all files before it expires.
Before You Submit
FormerlyHuman welcomes human characters, original characters, animal hybrids, full animal transformations, dinosaurs, aliens, mythical creatures, aquatic forms, tail growth, size changes, everyday-life scenes, cinematic scenes, original creatures, and non-transformation character work.
Not accepted: nudity, sexual content, NSFW content, violence or gore, celebrities or famous people, unauthorized real people, minors or age-ambiguous characters, age-regression concepts, “barely legal” framing, school-age presentation, or references and characters the customer does not have permission to use. Limited requests involving copyrighted characters may be considered at FormerlyHuman’s sole discretion.
One Connected Project Per Package
Each package should generally focus on one connected character, story, concept, or overall theme. Multiple characters, settings, outfits, forms, or scenes can be included when they belong to the same project. Unrelated concepts may need separate commissions. Follow-up orders may continue the same character, story, or concept, but they are handled as separate commissions with their own quote, payment, scope, and timeline.
Timing, Payment, Files, and Usage
Timing and Communication
All communication is handled by email. The standard target delivery time is approximately two weeks, depending on size and complexity. Rush delivery is not available. Commissions must be completed within 90 days of purchase.
Payment and Delivery Guarantee
Full payment is required before production begins. If FormerlyHuman determines that an accepted commission cannot be completed or delivered, the customer receives a full refund.
What You Receive
Customers receive only the finished deliverables listed in the accepted package and quote: 2K JPG or PNG images, 2K JPG comic pages, and 4K MP4 videos. Prompts, source files, working files, unused generations, rejected drafts, and production notes are not included.
Using Your Commission
The commissioner receives limited personal-use rights to the finished delivered commission. Public sharing is allowed for free with clear FormerlyHuman credit, but full-resolution files, drafts, previews, and revision materials may not be redistributed.
Reference Ownership
By submitting references, the customer confirms they own or have permission to use every file and character, and that any real-person reference depicts a consenting adult.
FormerlyHuman Rights
FormerlyHuman retains the right to use, adapt, edit, publish, display, sell, incorporate, and reuse commissioned work, unused drafts, concepts, compositions, or technical experiments unless agreed separately in writing.

No. Quotes are always free, and submitting an inquiry does not obligate you to purchase anything.
Does submitting guarantee acceptance?
No. Every idea is reviewed individually, and FormerlyHuman may decline any request.
Does my commission have to involve transformation?
No. Human characters, portraits, everyday scenes, original creatures, cinematic moments, and non-transformation concepts are welcome.
Can I request a specific visual style?
Yes, but the requested style is treated as a creative goal rather than a guarantee. Some styles may not work reliably.
How do revisions work?
You receive a representative draft subset and up to two rounds of reasonable feedback before full production begins. After approval, no further revisions are included.
How long will the commission take?
The standard target is approximately two weeks. A more specific delivery date is provided once scope is confirmed and the draft direction is approved.
Can I share my finished commission?
Yes. You may share the finished commission publicly for free, provided you clearly credit or tag FormerlyHuman.
Can I use it on my monetized channel?
Yes, on your own monetized social accounts or subscriber-supported pages with clear credit. You may not offer original files as downloads or incorporate them into a separate commercial product.
Will I receive prompts or source files?
No. Only the finished approved deliverables are included.
