The License You Receive
Unless a product page expressly states otherwise, your purchase grants you a personal, noncommercial, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and privately view the purchased content.
You may download the files for your own personal use, view them privately on devices that you own or control, maintain reasonable private backup copies, and re-download them through an authorized purchase link while that link remains available.
This license is granted only to the individual who purchased the product. You are purchasing access to the content—not ownership of the content or its intellectual-property rights.

No Sharing
You may not give, send, loan, trade, or otherwise provide the purchased files to another person.
This means you may not send files through email, text message, direct message, or chat; give copies to friends, relatives, coworkers, clients, or online acquaintances; share a download link, checkout link, account, password, or access code; place files in a shared Google Drive, Dropbox, iCloud, OneDrive, Discord server, or similar location; upload files to a torrent, file-sharing service, archive, forum, gallery, or collection; allow another person to copy files from your device or storage; purchase one copy for use by a group, organization, server, club, or community; or include files in a shared media library.
A separate purchase is required for each person who wants access. Sharing content for free is still redistribution and is not permitted.

No Reposting or Public Display
You may not upload, post, stream, publish, display, or make purchased content publicly available. This restriction applies to complete products and to individual files taken from a product.
You may not repost FormerlyHuman content on DeviantArt, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, X, Reddit, Tumblr, Pinterest, Discord, Patreon, fan sites, forums, imageboards, galleries, personal websites, public or shared cloud folders, or any other website, application, platform, or online community.
This restriction applies even when you give credit to FormerlyHuman, link back to the FormerlyHuman website, do not charge money, use a private or follower-limited account, make a temporary post, use a platform that compresses or alters the file, purchased the product legally, or believe the repost will help promote FormerlyHuman.
Credit is appreciated when discussing the project, but credit does not replace permission.

No Clips, Frames, Crops, or Extracts
The restriction against reposting cannot be avoided by altering or extracting part of a product.
Without written permission, you may not publicly share individual images from a downloadable pack, pages or panels from a comic, screenshots of purchased content, frames extracted from a video, cropped or resized images, shortened video clips, animated GIFs, contact sheets or thumbnail collections, audio extracted from a video, compilations or highlight reels, or before-and-after comparisons taken from purchased files.
You may not divide a product into smaller pieces and distribute those pieces separately.
Official preview images, trailers, and promotional graphics publicly posted by FormerlyHuman may be shared using the platform’s built-in sharing or reposting features, provided they are not downloaded, altered, or presented as your own work. Purchased full-resolution files are not promotional assets.

No Editing for Redistribution
You may make limited technical changes solely for your own private viewing, such as adjusting playback volume or converting a file for compatibility with your personal device.
You may not edit the content and then share, publish, distribute, or sell the edited version.
Prohibited alterations for redistribution include cropping, recoloring, retouching, adding text or graphics, removing text or branding, creating GIFs or loops, changing playback speed, combining multiple files, adding music or narration, applying filters, upscaling or enhancing, using content in reaction videos, incorporating content into montages or compilations, and creating derivative comics, videos, or image sequences.
An altered copy remains subject to this license.

No Commercial Use
The standard license does not permit commercial, promotional, professional, or revenue-generating use.
You may not use FormerlyHuman content in monetized social-media posts or videos, advertisements or sponsored content, client projects, merchandise, books, magazines, games, films, applications, paid memberships or subscription libraries, business presentations, commercial websites, stock media, another product, promotion for your own account, brand, product, or service, cryptocurrency, NFTs, blockchain products, or any project intended to generate revenue or commercial benefit.
Commercial rights are not included unless FormerlyHuman provides a separate written commercial license.

No Resale or Redistribution
You may not resell or redistribute FormerlyHuman content in its original form, an altered form, or as part of another collection.
You may not sell individual files, resell complete packs, repackage files into a new ZIP or archive, add the content to a digital bundle, offer it as a membership benefit, trade it for other content, give it away as a prize or bonus, include it with a commission or client delivery, sell access to a folder, server, channel, website, or account containing it, or claim that you are an authorized distributor or reseller.
Purchasing a product at full price, during a sale, or as part of a bundle does not provide resale rights.

No Artificial-Intelligence Use
You may not use FormerlyHuman content to train, fine-tune, test, evaluate, develop, or improve an artificial-intelligence or machine-learning system.
You may not upload purchased content to an AI image, video, audio, or multimodal generator; use it as an image-to-image or video-to-video input; use it as a style, character, composition, motion, or transformation reference; add it to a training dataset; use frames, pages, prompts, captions, or metadata for model training; fine-tune a model, LoRA, embedding, adapter, or similar system with it; use automated extraction or analysis to recreate substantially similar products; submit the content to a platform that may retain it for model development; or use it to create competing transformation packs, comics, videos, or collections.
Private ownership of a copy does not grant permission for AI training or generative use.

No Removal of Identifying Information
You may not remove, hide, crop out, overwrite, or alter watermarks, credits, copyright notices, branding, file names, embedded metadata, order identifiers, download identifiers, or other ownership or source information.
You may not attempt to conceal where a file originated.

No Access Circumvention
You may not bypass or attempt to bypass any measure used to control access to FormerlyHuman content.
This includes attempts to guess or generate private download URLs, circumvent download limits, reuse expired or revoked access links, access files without completing payment, exploit checkout or website errors, scrape or automatically download content, defeat passwords or access controls, use another customer’s order information, misrepresent your identity or payment status, or obtain refunded content through retained or copied links.
Discovery of a technical weakness does not grant permission to use it.

Reviews and Commentary
This license does not attempt to prohibit uses that are independently permitted by applicable law.
For genuine reviews, criticism, reporting, or commentary, use only the limited amount reasonably necessary for that purpose. Do not reveal enough of a product to replace the experience or value of purchasing it.
A review should not upload a complete product, display complete comic pages in readable form, reproduce a full image pack, show an entire video, provide downloadable source files, reveal most or all of a paid release, or function as a substitute for purchasing the product.
When practical, use official FormerlyHuman promotional images or trailers instead of purchased full-resolution files.

Permission Requests
Permission is not automatic merely because a use appears helpful, noncommercial, transformative, or promotional.
To request permission, contact [licensing email address]. Include your name, the product involved, the specific file or content you want to use, where it will appear, how much of it will be shown, whether the use will generate revenue, and how long the content will remain available.
Permission is valid only when granted in writing by FormerlyHuman.
Silence, lack of enforcement, prior informal communication, or permission given to another person does not grant you permission.

License Violations
If this license is violated, FormerlyHuman may revoke your license, disable available download access, refuse future purchases or services, suspend or block access to the website, report the material to the platform hosting it, submit copyright-removal or infringement notices, contact website hosts, search engines, payment providers, or other relevant services, seek recovery of losses, or pursue other remedies available under applicable law.
When a transaction is refunded, reversed, disputed, or determined to be fraudulent, the associated license and access rights may be revoked.
Removing unauthorized material after being contacted does not erase the original violation or automatically restore a revoked license.

Reporting Unauthorized Copies
Reports of reposted, shared, or resold FormerlyHuman content are appreciated.
Please send reports to contact@formerlyhuman.com. Include the location of the unauthorized material, screenshots if available, and any information that may help identify the product.
Do not confront or threaten the person posting the material.

Ownership
FormerlyHuman retains all rights not expressly granted by this license.
No purchase transfers ownership of the content, brand, product, files, creative direction, arrangement, editing, written materials, or other intellectual property associated with the product.
The use of creative or computer-assisted production tools does not give customers or third parties permission to copy, distribute, repost, sell, or exploit the finished FormerlyHuman products.

Relationship to Other Policies
This Content License forms part of the agreement between you and FormerlyHuman.
It should be read together with the Terms of Use, Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, product description, and conditions presented during checkout.
If a product includes a separate written license, that product-specific license controls where it directly conflicts with this standard license.

Changes to This License
FormerlyHuman may update this license for future purchases or future use of the website.
The license supplied with or in effect at the time of a purchase will generally govern that purchase, except where a later change is required by law or accepted by the purchaser.
