When a Refund or Replacement May Be Available

You were charged more than once for the same order
The files are corrupted or cannot be opened
You did not receive access to your purchase
The delivered product is materially different from its description
Another refund right is required by applicable law

We will normally attempt to provide a working download or replacement file before issuing a refund.

When Refunds Are Not Normally Available

Refunds will generally not be provided because:

You changed your mind
You purchased the wrong product
You expected content that was not listed in the product description
You dislike a creative or stylistic choice
Your device does not support the file format
You do not have sufficient storage space or internet bandwidth
You have already downloaded or accessed the product
You later purchased a bundle containing something you previously purchased

Requesting Assistance

Submitting a request does not guarantee that a refund will be approved.

Payments and approved refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy, the merchant of record for purchases made through the FormerlyHuman store.

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

Lemon Squeezy may also issue a refund when required by law, its payment policies, or its chargeback-prevention procedures.
